Near TOP POP, only 3 graded finer. Obverse features the bust of female Frances E. Willard. Reverse has a scene of a male standing addressing a group of 12 females in front of a building. Above “Women’s Christian Temperance Union” / Dec. 15, 1873” dated 1933 below. Frances E. Willard was the leader of the temperance movement, president of the W.C.T.U. in 1879 and helped organize the Prohibition Party. Struck in Bronze.
