Struck in bronze to commemorate the Santa Monica Breakwater constructed in 1933. This medal was struck in many different compositions and with different L.A.R.S numbers. Struck by Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Co. LARS #4. Unusually attractive for an MS 62 grade.
