The $1,000,000 medal was struck to commemorate the numismatic exhibit and coin shop at the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair which had on display over a $1,000,000 in silver dollars. This fabulous attraction was conceived and presented to the fair goers by the Northwest Historical Medals, Inc., the official numismatic exhibitor of the World’s Fair. Medal orientation.
