TOP POP, the finest graded by NGC. The larger variety almost 45mm, struck in silver and edge marked with a very low #221 with copyright information. This medal includes the original blue box, plus the multi-page foldout of information that was originally released with the medal. The official souvenir medal was copyrighted in 1961 by the New York World’s Fair Corp. Medallic Art Co., of NYC had the official license to strike and sell these medals. Designed by John Peterkin, sculpted by Anthony de Francisci. The New York City Seal is on the reverse, dual dated below 1664-1964. Unlisted in Hibler and Kappen. 64.88 grams of .999+ Fine Silver, edge-marked.
