There is only one left. Overstruck on a brass Pacific Coast Expositions Book Commemorative medal. The Book Medal was stuck using George Morgan’s original die from the 1909 Alaska-Yukon Pacific Coast exposition. The under design clearly shows through. A fascinating error struck by Daniel Carr. Only five of these errors were struck and only a few are left. The obverse die is the actual die that was used to strike the 1959 Hawaii Statehood Hula Girl So-Called Dollars, HK-548-551. Dan Carr created a reverse die for the 12th Fellowship Gathering. They were struck in six different metal compositions including: silver, silver with select gold-plating, copper, copper with select gold-plating, brass and aluminum. Anyone that wants to purchase a complete set for $310 gets the copper piece for free, a $20 savings.
