Obverse die by Soley, reverse die with arabesque scrolls likely done by Soley as well. Noted by Baker in his Washington book that it exists. The H.W. Holland list of Centennial Medals published in the January 1876 American Journal of Numismatics reports this was struck in silver, but it was l i k e l y struck in other compositions as well.
