Made to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Government in Washington D.C. Obverse features the Statue of Freedom which is on top of the Capital. Reverse has a scene depicting President Adams addressing Congress. SILVER, grey oxidized finish. Only 1,000 were struck in SILVER, seldom seen today.
