HK8 is clearly a British commemorative for the 1854 re-opening of the Crystal Palace building at it's new location following the 1851 Expo, but I think it was mis-cataloged due to the identical name of the Expo building New York built in 1853. The date on the medal clearly ties it to the UK expo instead of the New York one, although I do wonder if any were also sold in America (possibly even to buyers who were confused about which palace they were celebrating).
