HK-480 mentions the standard emblem of the fair but without the inner circle. There is no photo of it and I have never seen one. Could this be the medal that you are describing?

This piece fell out of an envelope in the US postal system in 2014... and I am looking for it to show up for sale somewhere... sometime...
