The recent Nov 2019 Stacks-Bowers auction of the huge collection of William Spohn Baker donated to the Historical Society of PA included a large number of rare and unlisted SCDs.  The catalog is now a collectors item to me.  The PCGS US collectors forum has a lot of interesting information about the auction:
