Jeff mentioned at the 2012 ANA Summer seminar that this piece is quite rare (R-9). The Schornstein book lists this at 49mm in diameter and about 52g in weight. Attached are some photos of two different specimens of this piece...prices $1000-2000. Per Schornstein, these pieces were "probably" made by Tiffany & Co but were issued by the St. Louis jewelry firm E. Jaccard Jewelry Company.
