Do medals conforming to the SCD criteria that are also spinners qualify as SCD's? I see the United Nations pieces is a spinner so I am thinking yes. Any opinions on this?

Interesting question. H&k's definition would not seem to disallow them.

Hi Engineer, Technically spinners are not So-Called Dollaars. The United Nations piece is a spinner but it is also commemorative in nature. I guess typically most spinners are not commemorating historical US events so they would not qualify. SoCalledGuy, Jeff
